Rev. Vicky Starnes is a retired pastor from the Baltimore-Washington Conference. She served 30 years in full time ministry – serving medium and large congregations, finishing her ministry with a 7 year placement in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Vicky also served as the Guide for Asbury-Arnold from 2010-2012, working with District Superintendents to coach pastors and guide congregations. Vicky is married to John Ewald, an education administrator in Frederick County, where they live. Besides hoping for grandchildren from her grown children, Vicky likes to read and hike and hunt for bargains to sell in her Vicky’s Vintage booth in Hagerstown, MD. She is very excited about serving Asbury this fall.
